About the Role:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- This role requires a strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide business planning and strategy.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial risk assessments.
- Coordinate and support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements and automation in financial reporting and operations.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in finance management or senior finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
