Job Overview:

- We are looking for a Financial Due Diligence (FDD) Specialist with 4-6 years of experience in Internal Audit to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to assess financial risks, analyze key financial data, and provide insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial due diligence to assess company financials, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and working capital.

- Perform internal audit reviews to identify financial risks, compliance gaps, and inconsistencies.

- Analyze financial statements, tax records, and business performance metrics to identify key risks and trends.

- Assist in the preparation of Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and financial projections.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.

- Communicate financial findings effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.

- Support M&A transactions, investment decisions, and financial risk assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in Internal Audit, Financial Due Diligence, or Risk Assessment.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and accounting principles.

- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering financial insights.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
