Financial Due Diligence Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Transaction Analytics to support M&A transactions. The role involves in-depth financial analysis, deal execution, and working closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Due Diligence (FDD):

- Execute buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements

- Analyze key financial metrics including EBITDA, Quality of Earnings (QoE), Net Working Capital, and Net Debt

- Identify financial risks, trends, and key deal insights

- Prepare client-ready reports and presentations

- Interact with clients, investors, and deal teams

Transaction Analytics (TD Analytics):

- Perform data-driven analysis using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau

- Build dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making

- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and risks

- Support due diligence teams with analytics and automation

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualifications: CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA / ACCA

- Experience: 6.5 Years - 16 Years

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in FDD / Transaction Advisory / Deal Advisory

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Background:

- Experience with Big4 (PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY) or reputed boutique firms

- Strong understanding of M&A lifecycle and transactions

- Exposure to data analytics tools is an added advantage
