Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Due Diligence Analyst to support investment and acquisition activities within our real estate portfolio. The role involves evaluating target assets, analyzing financial statements, assessing deal risks, and preparing due diligence reports to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments.
- Analyze historical and projected financial performance, cash flows, and valuation models.
- Assess property-level and entity-level risks, liabilities, and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and operations teams to review transaction documents and identify financial implications.
- Prepare comprehensive due diligence summaries and investment memos for management and investors.
- Well versed with Valuation and Project Assessment techniques like NPV, IRR, XIRR etc to analyse the investment scenarios
- Support post-acquisition integration and financial performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in financial due diligence, real estate investment analysis, or transaction advisory.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate financial metrics, valuation methods, and industry regulations
