Mid-Senior Financial Data Analyst.

About The Role:

We are seeking a Financial Data Analyst with 2-4 years of hands-on experience who excels at transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.

This role blends deep financial acumen with technical proficiency in tools like Excel, Python, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

- Use Excel (including Power Query) to manipulate large datasets and automate workflows.

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize financial performance.

- Utilize Python for advanced data analysis and financial modeling.

- Prepare executive-level presentations using PowerPoint or Canva.

- Work cross-functionally to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

- Maintain a high standard of data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across business units.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in:

- Microsoft Excel (including Power Query).

- Python.

- Tableau.

- PowerPoint or Canva.

- Solid understanding of financial reporting and statements.

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and ETL processes.

- Background in real estate, hospitality, or accommodation industries.

- Knowledge of market analysis and competitor intelligence.
