Financial Controller - Residential & Commercial Real Estate - CA/ICWA/CMA/CFA

Responsibilities:

- Expertise in Consolidation of Group Real Estate and project management companies

- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles and ability to do budgeting, Cash Flows and financial planning, Preparing or guiding for drafting and finalizing BOQ project wise.

- Together with the GM-Ops and the business unit leaders - develop and recommend to the Board an annual operating plan and financial budget that support the Group's long term strategy and medium to short term operating plan for the strategy.

- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and Management]

Key responsibilities:

1. Group Reporting

2. Basic understanding of Taxation.

3. Financial analysis of all new projects.

4. Fund raising from financial institution local as well as international

5. Creating, coordinating, and evaluating the financial controls and supporting information systems of the Group.

6. Developing appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the Group and the operating business units.

7. Ensuring proper training of all personnel working on financial matters.

8. Overseeing and monitoring effective tax strategies for the Company

9. Develop & maintain healthy bank relationships.

10. MIS preparation, Analysis and Variance Analysis.

11. Direct all phases of project management including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout phases of the project. Key focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management.

12. Overall Project delivery responsibility in Term of Finance

13. Expert in BOQ Management and Work Process Flow Chart in terms of Finance

14. Having experience for long term funding for real estate - commercial / residential projects.

15. Having knowledge of land monetization with banks / institutions.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience

- Experience in Real Sector (Residential & Commercial) is mandatory

Education: CA/ICWA / CMA /CFA
