Role Overview:

We are seeking a Qualified CA seasoned Financial Controller to lead our Reporting and Consolidation function based in Chennai. In this strategic role, you will oversee the integrity of our global financial statements, ensuring seamless consolidation across multiple entities while maintaining rigorous compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards. You will act as a key partner to the CFO and regional leadership teams, providing actionable financial insights that drive informed decision-making. By spearheading the financial close process and optimizing our reporting architecture, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our fiscal transparency and supporting the organization's long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end financial consolidation process for global entities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of consolidated financial statements to executive stakeholders.

- Establish and enforce robust internal controls and accounting policies to guarantee full compliance with GAAP and IFRS regulatory requirements.

- Lead the optimization of SAP FICO modules to streamline financial reporting workflows and improve data accuracy across the enterprise.

- Partner with cross-functional leadership to interpret complex financial data, providing clear narratives that explain business performance and variances.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and operational efficiency.

- Manage external audit relationships and regulatory filings to maintain the company's reputation for fiscal integrity and transparency.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in managing complex financial consolidations and multi-currency reporting within large-scale, global organizational structures.

- Proven ability to navigate intricate GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, ensuring all financial disclosures meet the highest levels of regulatory scrutiny.

- Advanced technical proficiency in SAP FICO, with a track record of leveraging ERP capabilities to automate reporting and enhance data integrity.
