Role: Financial Controller

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting To: CFO

Candidate Preference:

- Candidates should preferably come from Pharma manufacturing companies. We can also consider profiles from the chemical industry.

- The candidate should be open to relocating to Gurgaon and ideally have some connect or familiarity with the region.

- Profiles that are purely South Indian and may not be open to relocation or cultural alignment may not be suitable for this role.

Financial Controller - Key Requirements:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), (1st or 2nd attempt only)

- Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience in financial management. DS: Financial Controllership

Role Overview:

- Responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- The role ensures statutory compliance, strengthens internal controls

- Provides financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of international accounting standards and global financial practices.

- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6-8 finance professionals.

- Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the CFO.

- Industry Preference: Preference for candidates from the Pharma or Manufacturing sectors.
