Description:

- Financial Reporting & Closure: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate financial statements in compliance with Ind-AS/IFRS.

- Regulatory Compliance (NBFC Focus): Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, including statutory filings, TNW calculations, and liquidity reporting.

- Audit & Taxation: Manage internal/external audits, statutory audits, and tax compliance (TDS, GST).

- Treasury & Cash Flow: Monitor cash flows, manage bank reconciliations, and optimize liquidity.

- Internal Controls & Risk: Implement and maintain robust internal controls and SOPs to mitigate operational risks.

- Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger maintenance.
