Role Overview : CA Mandatory

- As the Financial Controller, you will be the cornerstone of our financial operations in Noida, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial reporting.

- You will oversee all aspects of accounting, taxation, audit, and forecasting, working closely with cross-functional teams, external auditors, and tax advisors.

- Your insights and leadership will be critical in driving informed business decisions, optimizing financial performance, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. This role directly impacts the company's financial health and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance for internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop and implement robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.

- Manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit, resulting in timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Lead the preparation and filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect) ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, minimizing tax liabilities and optimizing tax strategies.

- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to support strategic planning and decision-making, providing insights into future financial performance for senior management.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive business performance.

- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and analysis.

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, sales, marketing) to provide financial support and guidance, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, including IFRS and local GAAP, with a proven track record of preparing accurate and timely financial statements.

- Strong understanding of taxation principles and regulations, with experience in managing tax compliance and optimizing tax strategies.

- Proven ability to manage the audit process, including liaising with external auditors and implementing internal controls.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of accounting professionals.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
