Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial closures and reporting.
- Handle banking operations, including daily banking activities, coordination with banks, and effective relationship management.
- Oversee COD (Cash on Delivery) cash management, controls, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, security, and adherence to internal processes.
- Drive finance automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of finance operations.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital, ensuring optimal liquidity management and financial discipline.
- Prepare and review financial reports, MIS, management dashboards, and support planning and financial analysis activities for business decision-making.
Candidate Profile / Key Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong technical grounding in accounting and financial control.
- Proven, hands-on experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes within a structured finance environment.
- Willingness to be based in Pune or relocate to Pune, with the ability to work closely with business and operations teams.
- High learning agility, curiosity, and readiness to take ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics or manufacturing setup.
- Comfortable handling operational finance challenges and working across cross-functional teams.
