Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Controller (CA) to lead financial operations and drive efficiency through SAP S4 HANA.

This leadership role requires expertise in accounts finalization, MIS reporting, audits, GST compliance, and advanced Excel.

The ideal candidate will bring both technical depth and strategic vision to support management decision-making in a listed manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the accounting process up to finalization of accounts.

- Deliver timely and accurate MIS reports for management.

- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements.

- Prepare and file GST returns ensuring full compliance.

- Utilize SAP S4 HANA for reporting, reconciliation, and automation.

- Establish and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures.

- Support management in strategic planning and budgeting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 817 years of experience in finance/accounts, preferably in manufacturing.

- Strong working knowledge of SAP S4 HANA.

- Proficiency in MIS reporting, advanced Excel, and financial analysis.

- Hands-on experience in audit management and GST compliance.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead a finance team.
