The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role acts as a key financial advisor to senior management and ensures financial stability,

integrity, and growth.

Job Title: Finance Controller.

Location: Gurgaon.

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Experience: 15+ years in financial management, preferably in manufacturing/aerospace/defense industries.

Education: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance).

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support business strategy.

- Ensure compliance with IND-AS and other financial regulations applicable to the industry.

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

- Provide insights and financial analysis to support executive decision-making.

Cost Control & Risk Management:

- Develop and implement cost control strategies to improve profitability.

- Identify financial risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure internal controls are in place.

- Oversee working capital management, ensuring efficient cash flow, receivables, and payables.

- Manage tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to direct and indirect tax regulations.

Audits & Compliance:

- Liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure smooth audits and statutory compliance.

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory filings.

- Implement financial policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team to enhance performance and efficiency.

- Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights and support operational goals.

- Work closely with banks, financial institutions, and investors for fund management and financing options.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, and risk management.

- Expertise in SAP, ERP, Tally, or other financial systems.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- Understanding of aerospace/defense manufacturing finance is a plus.
