Summary of the role:
CA is essential.
You will be responsible for consolidated financial statements as per IndAS, leading a team, and managing statutory audits and compliance.
We need someone with an excellent eye for detail, good communication skills, and a person who builds the financial discipline to prepare for an IPO.
Location - Gurgaon / HQ.
Please note this is 5 days from office work schedule.
Reports to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual IndAS financial statements for the company.
- Responsible for consolidated financial statements as per IndAS.
- Prepare Board presentations, MIS reports, and investor reports.
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.
- Support business planning, new projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Review and improve finance processes and internal controls.
- Lead team and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Person Profile:
- CA with at least 12 years post qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Audit and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
