Brief Job description:&nbsp; - As head of operations of the company he will be responsible for handling and managing total operations including Commercial, Accounts &amp; Finance, Imports &amp; Exports,Credit &amp; Claims, Taxation, Warehousing &amp; Logistics, Sales administration, HRD and general administration as briefly described as follows:&nbsp; - Handling the accounts and finance function including maintenance of all financial records, preparation and review of various MIS reports, internal audit and submission of various reports and statutory returns&nbsp; - Handling the commercial function including negotiating appropriate terms &amp; conditions, release of POs to the suppliers, delivery follow ups, custom clearance of import consignments, completing export orders and ensuring timely payments to suppliers&nbsp; - Drafting and review of various contracts, procedures, policies, processes and discussions / negotiations with the concerned parties.&nbsp; - Obtain and independently coordinate CC / OD limits from banks based on company's needs.&nbsp; - Provide support in reviewing and approval of credit limits and commercial terms to the customers. Also responsible to monitor the overdue receivables and coordinate further appropriate actions thru sales and marketing team.&nbsp; &nbsp;- Independently coordinate and handle direct and indirect tax assessments including VAT / CST, GST, income tax and others as per government rules.&nbsp; &nbsp;- Handling of warehouses / logistic requirements to ensure timely delivery of material to the customers at various branches / locations including total inventory management. &nbsp;- Overseeing the functioning of HRD including hiring new employees, coordinating performance appraisals with functional heads, salary and incentive administration, HR policies and various government regulations / Acts. - Handling General administration including house keeping, office / field staff services, staff welfare, security etc.
