Financial Controller - Infrastructure Platform - CA

About the Company

We are hiring for leading PE-backed infrastructure platform with a strong presence across transportation and infrastructure assets in India. The platform operates through multiple SPVs and institutional structures and is backed by reputed global investors. The organization has built a sizeable portfolio of operational infrastructure assets and follows a highly governance-driven and institutionalized finance environment.

Role: Financial Controller

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee financial reporting and consolidation across multiple SPVs/entities

- Drive quarterly and annual financial closure in compliance with Ind AS

- Manage statutory audits, internal audits and regulatory compliances

- Handle board reporting, investor reporting and lender compliances

- Monitor cash flows, treasury operations and working capital management

- Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks

- Coordinate with lenders, auditors, consultants and internal stakeholders

- Support budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting processes

- Lead finance process improvement and ERP/system strengthening initiatives

Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant with 14-22 years of experience

- Strong experience in infrastructure / roads / EPC / InvIT platforms

- Hands-on exposure to SPV accounting and multi-entity consolidation is essential

- Strong understanding of audits, lender management and institutional governance

- Experience in roads, transportation, transmission or infrastructure asset platforms preferred

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

- Immediate / early joiners preferred

Preferred Background

Candidates from organizations such as roads platforms, InvITs, infrastructure developers, EPC companies or institutional infrastructure asset platforms would be preferred.
