- Monitor the processing of commissions & ensure that it is done in a timely & accurate manner.

- Ensure optimal service to the advisors for effective benchmarking within the industry.

Investment and Banking Operations

- Ensuring Timely & accurate Cash Flow Management and settlement for optimizing utilization of funds

- Ensuring Timely & accurate Investment accounting and valuations. Devising right valuation principle and accounting policies as per Ind AS

- Timely and requisite investment reporting for informed decision making & financial reporting

- Monitoring Banking Operations and ensuring efficient collection and payment solution

- Effective and Efficient Working Capital and Cashflow Management

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of the company's financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

- Ensure reports & filings are compliant with the IRDA & other regulatory bodies

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Provide financial insights through comprehensive analysis of financial data, trends, and performance indicators
