Financial Controller - FMCG - CA

Key Roles & Responsibilities - Financial Controller.

Education & Experience.

Chartered Accountant (CA) required.

10-15 years of finance experience in FMCG or ice cream/dairy industry.

- Financial Planning & Reporting.

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.

- Prepare MIS, financial statements, and variance analysis.

- Develop forecasts and budgets aligned with business goals.

- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury.

Costing & Profitability:

- Implement cost control systems across raw materials, production, logistics, and distribution.

- Conduct plant-level cost audits and margin analysis.

- Support pricing and business decisions with profitability insights.

Compliance & Controls:

- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC).

- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and SOP adherence.

Business Partnering:

- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain for financial insights.

- Support new product launches with costing and profitability studies.

- Provide financial input for capex, expansion, and investment decisions.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Lead and mentor the finance team across corporate and factory levels.

- Drive digital adoption in finance (ERP, dashboards, automation).

- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
