Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Post-CA professional to support our finance function. The role will involve managing financial controllership activities, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining strong accounting and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Controllership:

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements

- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes

- Support audits (statutory, internal, tax) and coordinate with auditors

Management Reporting:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports

- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management

- Track budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

Financial Accounting:

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and closing activities

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory compliances

- Support implementation of financial policies and SOPs

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in financial management / controllership

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance

- Experience in MIS, budgeting, and financial analysis

- Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in corporate finance, consulting, or fast-growing organizations

- Exposure to system/process improvement initiatives
