Financial Controller - EPC/Infrastructure/Construction Sector

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

- Monitor project-level financial performance against budgets

- Highlight key variances and recommend corrective measures

- Deliver timely, insightful MIS reports to support decision-making

2. Project Finance & Cost Control

- Oversee cost control, work-in-progress (WIP), and billing schedules

- Monitor project cash flows and prevent cost overruns

- Work closely with project teams to maintain commercial discipline

3. Working Capital Management

- Manage receivables, payables, and cash flow efficiently

- Optimize working capital through proactive financial oversight

4. ERP & Systems Automation

- Lead automation of financial processes via ERP implementation

- Enhance systems to ensure accurate and real-time financial reporting

5. Tendering & Contracts

- Support financial evaluation in tender bids

- Review contractual clauses for financial and commercial risk

- Track claims, arbitration processes, and recoveries

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory

- Additional credentials like CMA or MBA (Finance) are a plus

- 12-15 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in EPC/infrastructure/construction sectors
