Job Title: Leadership Role- Financial Controller

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to: VP - Finance / CFO

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and conduct in-depth financial performance analysis.

- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and support internal/external audits.

- Design, implement, and monitor robust internal controls and financial governance frameworks.

- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team.

- Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute financial strategy, including cost optimization, margin expansion, and capital planning.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.

- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and statutory frameworks.

- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel/financial modeling.
