Financial Controller - CA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to join our 150 cr MNC based in Delhi. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the entire financial health of the organization, ensuring rigorous compliance, accurate reporting, and strategic financial planning. You will work closely with the leadership team, regional stakeholders, and external auditors to drive fiscal discipline and operational efficiency. Your expertise will directly influence the company growth trajectory by providing actionable insights that optimize cash flow, manage risk, and support high-level decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end financial reporting process to ensure all statements are compliant with statutory requirements and internal group policies.

- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles to provide the management team with a clear roadmap for resource allocation and profitability.

- Oversee tax planning and regulatory compliance to mitigate financial risks and ensure the organization remains audit-ready at all times.

- Lead the treasury and cash management functions to optimize liquidity and support the company ongoing operational requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to analyze cost structures and implement process improvements that enhance bottom-line performance.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Financial Reporting and complex accounting standards, ensuring precision in all financial disclosures.

- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities to mentor finance teams and communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders effectively.

- Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 10 to 13 years of progressive experience in managing finance functions within a multinational environment.

- Show a high level of adaptability to the on-site work culture in Delhi, maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team management.

- Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret market trends and internal data, translating them into strategic recommendations for the executive board.
