Financial Controller - CA

Description: We are currently looking at an immediate Financial Controller preferably a CA based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and month-end/year-end reports.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, analyzing variances and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

- Accounting Operations: Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, payroll, and billing.

- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain strong financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

- Audits: Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance.

- Accounts Receivable & Collections: Analyze outstandings and manage accounts receivable.

- Compliance: Take care of regulatory filings and reporting requirements.

Core Duties:

- Manage the accounting team and operations.

- Track cash flow and manage expenses.

- Oversee tax filings and disclosures.

- Provide financial updates and recommendations to senior management.
