Financial Controller - CA

Description:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Develop and manage the company's budget, forecast future financial performance, and conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

- Work with management to understand the true cost of producing engineering products, analyze resource allocation, and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.

- Ensure the company complies with all relevant financial regulations and maintain a strong system of internal controls to safeguard assets.

- Lead the accounting and finance team, provide financial guidance to support strategic decision-making, and work closely with other departments like sales and operations.

- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Candidate Profile:

- CA with 15+ years of significant experience in finance or accounting, including a leadership role.

- Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is highly beneficial.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

- Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication skills to present financial data to various stakeholders.
