About the Role:

SBS Global a leading provider of Financial & IT Services since 2006, is seeking a CA-qualified Finance Controller to lead US Accounting projects.

This role will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, and compliance while managing client accounts and leading a high-performing finance team.

What Youll Do:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting & P&L reviews for global clients.

- Own financial statements, cashflow management & reconciliations.

- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients.

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and statutory audits.

- Drive process improvements, internal controls & best practices.

- Lead and mentor a team of accountants.

What Were Looking For:

- Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS, AR/AP/GL, and month-end close.

- Proven track record in client management & team leadership.

- Experience with ERPs like SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks is a plus.
