Financial Controller - BFS/IB/FinTech - CA

Description:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer /Managing Director, shall be responsible for managing a company's financial operations, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, risk management, taxation and ensuring financial compliance etc.

Responsibilities:

- Creating a Financial Strategy for the organization

- Managing Financial Control, Financial Planning & Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Compliance Updates, and statutory needs. Additionally, it involves leading tax planning strategies, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and minimizing tax liabilities.

- Overseeing accounting systems.

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Optimizing Cash Flow and Treasury Management

- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with corporate tax, GST, and other regulatory filings etc.

- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business strategy.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 16 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a controllership role.

Have managed Finance, Audit, Taxation, Treasury, Budgeting, Cost Controls, Compliance Updates, etc

- Stakeholder and Team management experience
