Responsibilities

Strategic Finance : Translate business strategy into financial plans,support investments and expansion decisions

Financial Control : Ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and IND AS / IFRS compliance

Planning & Performance : Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance management

Cash & Risk : Optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial risk frameworks

Compliance & Audit : Oversee taxation, audits, and regulatory requirements

Transformation : Drive finance digitization and build a high-performing team

Qualification

Qualification : CA / MBA (Finance)

Experience : 10 -14 years across controllership, FP&A, and business finance

- Proven ability to partner with leadership, influence decisions, and build scalable finance processes
