Role Overview:

As a Financial Controller and Strategist based in Hyderabad, you will be at the helm of our financial operations, ensuring fiscal integrity and driving strategic financial planning. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of financial control, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the comprehensive financial control framework for the organization, ensuring robust internal controls and adherence to accounting standards, to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.

- Oversee the preparation and timely submission of accurate financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies, providing transparent insights into financial performance.

- Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with senior leadership, guiding resource allocation and supporting long-term business objectives.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities, to inform strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiencies across various business units.

- Ensure strict compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards, while proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks across the business.

Required Skillset:

- Deep expertise in financial control, accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), and comprehensive financial reporting, demonstrating a meticulous approach to data accuracy and compliance.

- Proven ability in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and sophisticated variance analysis, capable of translating complex data into actionable business strategies.

- Strong understanding of tax regulations, corporate finance, and robust risk management frameworks, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of financial exposures.

- Proficiency with leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial modeling tools, enabling efficient data management and insightful analysis.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex financial challenges effectively.
