Financial Reporting & Compliance:


- Develop timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards.

- Drive timely monthly processes such as financial reporting, reconciliations and ensure clean audits

- Ensure error free processes for invoicing, customer reconciliations, receipts, purchase orders, vendor payments and reconciliations

- Maintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and corporate governance requirements.


Financial Planning & Analysis/ Business Partnering:


- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability.

- Collaborate with business units to align financial objectives with operational goals.

- Provide financial insights to support decision-making in areas such as pricing, investments, and resource allocation.

- Monitor operational expenses and recommend strategies to maximize efficiency.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising business performance.


Treasury & Tax Management:


- Ensure optimal cash flow management to support operational needs.

- Oversee treasury operations, including fund-raising, debt management, investments, and risk management.

- Oversee the organizations tax strategy to ensure compliance with tax laws while optimizing tax efficiency.

- Ensure tax compliances, audits and litigation management


Strategic Finance Leadership:


- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys goals.

- Partner with the leadership team to provide insights and guidance on financial implications of strategic decisions.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning within the finance function.

- Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, regulators, investors, and financial institutions.

- Communicate financial results and strategies effectively to internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications, Experience, Skills:


- CA/CMA/MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.

- 8-15 years experience in progressive finance roles including Financial reporting, planning & analysis

- Good knowledge of financial regulations, treasury, and business analysis.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities.

- Working knowledge of Tally accounting software.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced growth oriented organization
