Financial Controller

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Forecast short-term and long-term financial performance.

Accounting & Compliance:

- Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.

- Ensure timely tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and adherence to statutory compliance.

Budgeting & Financial Control:

- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.

- Monitor budget variances and initiate corrective actions.

Cash Flow Management:

- Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.

- Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies.

Reporting:

- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
