We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial planning, accounting, reporting, compliance, and project finance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, effective cash flow management, and strategic financial support for business operations and projects. Experience in Construction, EPC, MEP, Firefighting, or Infrastructure sectors will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control processes across the organization.

- Prepare and oversee accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and MIS reporting.

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic business decision-making.

- Drive cash flow planning, working capital optimization, treasury management, and liquidity monitoring.

- Ensure effective management of receivables, payables, project cash flows, and fund utilization.

- Support project finance activities including project costing, profitability analysis, budgeting, and financial monitoring.

- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, taxation requirements, and corporate policies.

- Coordinate and manage internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits, and regulatory reviews.

- Work closely with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to provide financial guidance and commercial support.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and financial efficiency.

- Lead and mentor finance teams while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

- Prepare financial presentations, board reports, and business performance reviews for senior management.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10-17 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Control, or Corporate Finance roles.

- Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.

- Extensive experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statement preparation.

- Strong understanding of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Working Capital Management.

- Experience managing treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning.

- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, audit management, and financial governance.

- Experience supporting project finance, project costing, and commercial finance activities.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling capabilities.

- Experience implementing and maintaining internal controls and risk management processes.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work closely with business, operations, project, and executive leadership teams.
