Financial Controller

Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Financial Controller to lead our finance operations in Zimbabwe. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all financial planning, reporting, and analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- Manage treasury, cash flow, and debt fundraising from banks & institutions

- Ensure strong compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations

- Oversee all accounting operations AP/AR, payroll, audits, internal controls

- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team

- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth

Who Should Apply?:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance

- 6+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Hands-on experience in fundraising, treasury, and financial strategy

- Strong command over IFRS, ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle), and Excel

- Exposure to multi-currency environments and African market experience is a plus
