Financial Controller

Job Description:

- Develop Financial policies and governance frameworks and ensure adherence for the healthy functioning of the department.

- Manage accounting operations and accounting for income and expenditure, financial statements and listing requirements.

- Manage accounting of trusts getting consolidated with the holding company

- Manage Valuation of investment in trusts as per Ind AS 109

- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes

- Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors

- Coordinate with holding company with respect to consolidation requirements.

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance

- Manage Tax obligations and optimising tax efficiency

- Coordinate with tax consultants

- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner

- Prepare and evaluate budgets

- Identify the professional development needs of the finance team and develop plans for skill enhancement.

- Integrate finance with business strategy to ensure the organization's long-term success and sustainability

- Collaborate with Management to align financial goals with the Organization's strategic objectives

- Provide support to Management for additional MIS requirements
