Key Responsibilities:

1- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.

2- Ensure robust accounting operations and timely closing of books.

3- Drive process discipline, internal controls, and cost optimization.

4- Oversee audits, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC), and governance.

5- Implement ERP-driven accounting and real-time MIS dashboards.

6- Lead stock audits, valuation, and reconciliation of inventory.

7- Mentor and manage a multi-location finance team with a focus on accuracy and accountability.

What Were Looking For:

Education:

- 1015 years in finance leadership roles within retail, FMCG, or luxury sectors.

Skills:

- Financial analysis, ERP systems (ACME or equivalent), MIS reporting, audit & compliance, and stakeholder management.
