Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) / IFRS.

- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.) and corporate regulations.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

- Provide variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

- Support strategic planning with financial insights and scenario modelling.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

- Optimize working capital and manage funding requirements.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

- Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership & Development

- Ensure continuous process improvements and upskilling of the team.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a liaison with external stakeholders such as auditors, investors, regulatory bodies, and financial

institutions.

Key Requirements

Qualifications: MBA in Finance

Experience: 1-2 years in financial management

Skills:

- Proficiency in ERP systems

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
