Financial Control Role - Auto Components - CA

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably 2010 pass-out.

- Only Female Candidates Required.

- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles within the automotive/auto-component industry.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale revenues (1,500 Cr+) and multi-entity consolidation.

- Strong knowledge of Ind-AS, corporate taxation, ERP systems (SAP preferred).

- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver strategic insights to management.

- The experience in 'listed' automotive company is a must, and handling of Big 4 auditors.

Job Description:

Key Accountability:

1. Statutory & Management Reporting Compliance:

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements, MIS, and board reports in compliance with Ind-AS and statutory requirements.

2. Financial Operations:

- Oversee financial operations for company and ensure transparency and efficiency.

- Ensure timely closure of books, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.

3. Financial Consolidation Accuracy & Standardization:

- Manage financial consolidation across multiple JVs and plants and align reporting structures with group standards.

4. Budget Accuracy & Forecast Reliability:

- Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

5. Cost Efficiency & Savings Impact:

- Monitor manufacturing costs, implement cost-saving initiatives, and drive operational efficiency.

6. Compliance & Audit Assurance:

- Ensure adherence to tax regulations, statutory filings, and internal/external audit requirements.

7. Finance Team Capability & Engagement Score:

- Lead a team of 23 finance professionals, fostering capability building and continuous improvement.

8. Strategic Financial Alignment & Stakeholder Satisfaction:

- Collaborate with CFO, business heads, and JV partners to align financial strategies with corporate objectives.
