Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and investment-savvy Financial Analyst to support high-stakes decision-making through data-driven financial modeling and valuation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in wealth management, investment analysis, and real estate financial strategy, and will be proficient in building complex models such as DCF, LBO, and IRR-based evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling & Valuation:

- Build and manage robust financial models (DCF, LBO, IRR, NAV) for investments, portfolio companies, and real estate projects.

- Perform sensitivity analysis, scenario modeling, and return forecasting.

- Develop dashboards and valuation summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

Investment Analysis & Wealth Management Support:

- Conduct due diligence and evaluate investment products, real estate assets, private equity deals, and debt instruments.

- Track and report portfolio performance, asset allocation, and benchmark comparisons.

Work closely with wealth managers to align financial strategies with client risk profiles and goals.

Investor Data & Market Research:

- Analyze investment data sets, trends, and historical returns across asset classes.

- Monitor macroeconomic indicators, market benchmarks, REITs, and sector-specific performance.

- Prepare investment briefs and client-ready pitch materials.

Strategic & Commercial Insights:

- Evaluate the financial viability of new projects, capital deployments, and asset acquisitions.

- Collaborate with business teams to provide data-backed insights for fundraising, exits, or buyouts.

- Support senior leadership with decision models, investor decks, and ad-hoc strategic analysis.

Required Skills:

- 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, investment research, or wealth/investment advisory.

- Expertise in DCF, LBO models, and advanced Excel/financial tools.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, CapIQ, YCharts, etc.).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills through numbers.

- Excellent business acumen and understanding of financial products, real estate, and wealth structuring.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA in Finance / CFA / CA (Level 2 or 3 candidates are also acceptable)

- Exposure to real estate or realtor-backed investment firms

- Experience working in multi-asset or UHNI-focused wealth management firms
