- An established and fast-growing real estate developer in Riyadh is seeking a commercially minded Finance Analyst to support financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across a diverse property portfolio.

- This is a high-impact role working closely with development, leasing, facilities management, and senior leadership to deliver insight that shapes investment and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain advanced financial models for developments, feasibility studies, and portfolio analysis

- Analyse ROI, NPV, IRR, and cash flows to support investment and development decisions

- Prepare variance analysis and performance reporting against budgets and forecasts

- Support annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting across business units

- Develop and automate dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau for KPI and management reporting

- Deliver scenario, sensitivity, and investment analysis for acquisitions, disposals, and strategic initiatives

- Ensure financial accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement of reporting and BI processes

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

- Professional qualifications (CFA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) are highly regarded

- Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or investment analysis within real estate or asset management

- Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel capability

- Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau

- Commercially astute, analytical, and confident, engaging with senior stakeholders
