Role Overview:
Hiring - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) in first attempt with 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and MIS. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst/MIS professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and sales, to develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards. Your work will directly contribute to improving business performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve business performance and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business requirements, and develop customized reports.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate and timely financial data and analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and MIS.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
Required Skillset:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) in first attempt with article ship from reputed firms/ Big4
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and MIS.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex MIS reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proven expertise in financial data analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
