We are urgently hiring for the position of Financial Analyst for one of the Manufacturing MNC in Bangalore.

Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in Financial Control along with Financial Planning Analysis Or Auditing in Manufacturing Industry.

Qualification: CA Passed Out (2020-2022 batches)

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Accounting & Reporting: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, including preparation of financial statements, GL reconciliations, provisions, and journal entries in line with Ind AS/ IGAAP, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and hygiene of financial reporting and supporting statutory, tax, and internal audits with schedules, data, and responses.

- Internal Controls & Compliance: Execute internal and process audits, including control testing, walkthroughs, and risk assessments; identify control gaps, compliance risks, and process inefficiencies, track audit observations, ensure timely remediation, and drive adherence to internal financial controls, SOPs, governance frameworks, and statutory requirements (Companies Act, GST, TDS).

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and variance analysis, track key business and plant KPIs, margins, and cost drivers, and support preparation of monthly MIS, dashboards, and management review packs to aid operational and management decision making.

- Cost Accounting & Inventory: Support product costing, overhead absorption, cost variance analysis, and monitoring of inventory valuation, cycle counts, and working capital elements.

- Taxation & Regulatory: Support compliance with direct and indirect tax requirements, including coordination for GST, TDS, and statutory filings, audit data preparation, and timely closure of tax-related matters in line with regulatory requirements.

- ERP & Process Automation: Support SAP / ERP finance processes, system based controls, process documentation, standardisation, and automation of recurring finance reports, and coordinate with Finance, Audit, Business, and IT teams to drive process improvements, control strengthening, and reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

- CA or MBA (Finance) qualification with 3-6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup.

- Solid controllership foundation with audit / FP&A exposure.

- Experience in Internal Audit, Controls, or Risk in a manufacturing setup.

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, controls, and governance.

- Hands on experience with SAP and advanced Excel.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to work across business, plant, and corporate stakeholders.

- High ownership and readiness to grow into a broader finance role
