Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, building financial models, forecasting, budgeting, and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

- Analyze financial performance by comparing actuals versus budget/forecast.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate financial assumptions.

- Provide variance analysis and insights on key business drivers.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.

- Participate in month-end and quarter-end financial closing activities.

- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

- Monitor KPIs, trends, and metrics to support business performance reviews.

- Assist in the preparation of Board/Investor presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CA/CFA preferred).

- 4-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

- Experience with financial systems like SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar tools.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment.
