About the Role:

We are hiring for a rapidly growing D2C brand based in Pune, seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial performance and day-to-day operations of our website and online marketplace channels. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing costs and profitability, enhancing operational efficiency, and assisting in inventory and demand planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze P&L statements, budgeting, and cash flow management to ensure financial health.

- Monitor and control costs to optimize profitability.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Support inventory management and demand planning through data-driven insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.

- Strong understanding of P&L, costing, and financial metrics.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Finance or CA qualification preferred.
