Role Overview:

- The Financial Analyst - Data Analytics role, reporting to the Regional Sales Finance Manager, is responsible for providing insightful financial analysis and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making within the commercial finance function.

- This role collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks, analyze key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization. The insights generated directly influence regional commercial strategies and contribute to improved profitability.

CTC: 20-22lpa

Required Skillset:

- Qualified CA 1st attempt only with experience of 1-2 years in data analytics or financial analysis role.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights using data analytics techniques.

- Proven experience in data warehousing concepts and BI/DW tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong understanding of data modeling principles and experience in building financial models.

- Excellent data management skills, including data cleansing, validation, and transformation.

- Proficiency in using SQL and other scripting languages for data extraction and manipulation.

- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the commercial finance team, enabling timely performance monitoring and informed decision-making.

- Analyze large datasets from various sources, including sales, marketing, and operational systems, to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, supporting the identification of business opportunities and risks.

- Build and maintain data models to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, providing accurate and reliable financial projections for the regional commercial finance team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity, improving the reliability of financial reporting.

- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives, such as pricing decisions, market entry strategies, and investment evaluations, contributing to informed decision-making by senior management.

- Automate data collection and reporting processes using BI tools and scripting languages, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
