Hiring Alert - Financial Analyst (CA) | Copper Mining Industry

We are urgently looking for a Financial Analyst (CA qualified) with solid experience in the copper mining industry for one of our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards

- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost control and financial planning

- Lead or support SAP implementation and post-go-live activities

- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books

- Maintain compliance with tax regulations, statutory audits, and internal controls

- Develop and standardize financial reporting systems and processes

- Prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders

- Work closely with operations and mining project teams to ensure alignment with financial goals

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Proven experience in SAP implementation (preferably FI/CO module)

- Exposure to budgeting, reporting, and financial planning

- Prior experience in the mining industry is mandatory

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Work Schedule:

- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

- Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48 (Hybrid)
