- Assist in development of financial models and analysing historical trends, performing variance analysis, comparing actual performance (cost, profit, revenue, debt-equity and other financial metrics) with pre- defined short-term and long-term financial targets etc. - Develop financial forecasts - cash flow forecasting, revenue projections, cost performance etc. based on the financial data analysis - Assist in developing management reports on financial performance for leadership reviews - Assist in developing annual budget and Operating Plans for departments / businesses under the guidance of Lead, Management Accounting - Track budgets and other financial metrics for departments / businesses and escalate in case of deviations - Implement improvements in financial forecasting, planning and reporting through automation, advanced tools and techniques under the guidance of Lead, Management Accounting Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent and competent authority Qualification : - CA - MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute. - 4-5 years of total work experience with prior experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting - Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages, financial software applications, spreadsheets and reporting. - Must have expertise in MS-Excel, SAP and Power BI tools. - Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
