Experience : 3 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial performance and prepare reports on trends, forecasts, and variances.

- Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights.

- Conduct profitability and cost analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Support business units with ad hoc analysis and financial planning.

- Participate in budget preparation and variance analysis.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or others).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

- Stay updated with financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.

- Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Power BI, Tableau).

- Solid understanding of financial statements and ratios.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
