Job Profile: Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist

Location: Mumbai, India Chaklala Andheri East

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational financial standards.

- Provide insights on financial performance to support decision-making.

Analysis:

- Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Support strategic planning with comprehensive financial models and forecasts.

MIS Reporting:

- Develop and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports.

- Regularly update reports to reflect current performance metrics and business needs.

Statutory Audit:

- Handle statutory audit processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders for efficient audit execution.

Transfer Pricing Audit:

- Manage and oversee transfer pricing audit requirements.

- Ensure adherence to transfer pricing regulations and proper documentation.

Infor SunSystems Usage: (Added Advantage)

- Utilize Infor SunSystems for financial data management and reporting.

- Optimize system processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a preference for Infor SunSystems.

- Expertise in statutory and transfer pricing audit processes.

- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in an MNC culture

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Residing in Mumbai.

- Highly motivated and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
