Financial Analyst - Business Development - Real Estate Developer

Role & Responsibilities:

- Should have experience in Real Estate working with the MD's office / Business Development Team.

- Should have an overall idea of the business.

- Should have handled adequate transactions.

- Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models to evaluate potential investments, partnerships, and pricing strategies.

- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and economic trend analysis to identify new opportunities and assess market viability.

- Assist in preparing business plans, investment memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and investors.

- Support the due diligence process for potential partners, clients, or acquisition targets by performing financial and market analysis.

- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare dashboards, and assist in periodic performance reporting to assess the success of business development initiatives.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Marketing, and Development, to gather data and align financial strategies with business goals.

- Prepare detailed financial reports and summaries, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should have handled the similar profile in real estate firms or lending firms to real estate projects.

- Candidates who have worked into Real Estate Business Development team of Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, JLL, Colliers, Knight Frank, IPC (International Property Consultant)

- Should be confident in spoken and written communication in English.

- Minimum Education Qualification : Graduation

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Should have 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in estate sector.
