Job Description Financial Analyst:

Financial Modeling and Forecasting

- Create and Maintain Financial Models for Business Planning and Forecasting

- Ability to develop, test and run financial models for existing / new projects and present summary of the findings

Capital Budgeting

- To do NPV/IRR evaluation of Capex investments, based on inputs from functional teams, including carrying out multiple scenario building exercise for effective allocation of capital.

- Tracking the actual performance of the investments against planned parameters and report the same to the senior management.

Planning, Reporting & Analysis

- To identify key performing drivers, areas for cost efficiencies and to present the same to senior management in a crisp and precise manner.

Business Analysis and Decision Support

- To carry out competition evaluation and identify key drivers / initiatives for ensuring competitive edge for the company.

Collaboration and Business Objectives:

- Working as a partner of the onshore FP&A team to meet finance business objective

- To work with cross functional teams like Engineering, Manufacturing on various projections for cost optimisation, waste reduction, quality improvements related projects and ensure financial rigour in evaluation of the same.

Skills required:

- Should have expert knowledge of Excel tools and ability to use it for data analysis and financial evaluation

- Qualified CA or CMA with 3 + years of experience.

- Financial skills and understanding of Accounting policies, Tax statutes and good governance systems.

- Working knowledge of SAP (FI MM) environment to be able to generate required information for financial evaluation.

- Self-motivated with an affinity for data analysis.

- Good communication skills and able to explain to and address queries of senior management related to financial models / Capex evaluations
