Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst - US based MNC ll Manesar (Near Gurgaon) (10-15 yrs)

Job description:

- Provide financial analysis, reporting, and decision support to business leaders and controllers.

- Manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliations, and management reporting.

- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and support strategic business decisions.

- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain accuracy of financial data.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, or finance.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including accruals, reconciliations, and GL analysis.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, HANA, or Essbase is preferred.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
